Refund policy

•⁠  ⁠We offer refund and/or exchange of all printed items within the first 20 days of your purchase.

•⁠  ⁠Our embroidered pieces cannot be returned or exchanged as they are made solely for the client once the order is placed.

•⁠  ⁠Items must be unused with tags intact.

•⁠  ⁠Clients will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the items.

•⁠  ⁠Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
